  • No Cash Refunds: We offer store credit for returned items.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after you’ve placed them.

  • Exchanges for different sizes are possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the shoes are unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately for a replacement or store credit.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
